Dating back to 1874, Domaine Santa Duc has been passed down through six generations of the Gras Family. The Domaine utilizes biodynamic farming, wild yeast, and no filtration. The fruit is hand harvested and very meticulously sorted. Working with holdings in Gigondas and Châteauneuf-du-Pape, director Benjamin Gras is committed to crafting wines with minimal intervention backed by decades of family heritage. The Gigondas Clos Derriere comes from old vines and offers notes of warm, ripe raspberry, cherry, and spice on the palate. This is a forceful, silky Gigondas with good heat and a lengthy finish.
