Domaine Brun-Avril is run by husband & wife team, Nathalie Brun and Jean-Jacques Brun. The estate consists of Grenache averaging 100 years old planted alongside young Mourvedre vines on a hill of clay covered in classic oversized pebbles, and 2 hectares of 25-year-old Syrah. Though vinified separately, they produce only one wine from their holdings for a savory, broad-shouldered expression that still maintains finesse. Organic.
