The unique aromas are complex and compelling with scents of sea brine, tapenade, pepper, herbs, rocky minerals, wild raspberry, red currants with hints of rose hip and salted meat. On the palate the wine carries a light bodied frame with racy acidity and light tannins. Peppery on the palate with notes of herbs, brine, tapenade, red currant, wild underripe raspberry and cherry with notes of rock and mineral. The finish lingers.
