Showing a dark, warm-climate character, the Fico Wine 2017 Per Filo emits perfumes of cherry liqueur and blackberry preserves, with tilled earth, leather and smoked bacon. Despite the extra fruit weight, the wine maintains an elegant style and a streamlined approach. There is a hint of dried cherry on the close that adds a spot of sweetness.
