Cloudy, light ruby color with a tangy nose that’s full of white pepper, stemmy wild berries, sea salt, fresh licorice, clove and sauerkraut. A light-bodied palate, but not lacking intensity of flavor, with lots of wild raspberries and white pepper extending to a tangy finish. Ethereal, wild and really drinkable now.
