This cuvée had been racked into stainless steel. It has a lovely framboise-scented bouquet, very pure and comely. The palate is medium-bodied with a rounded texture, fine acidity, nothing amazingly complex, but that would spoil this delicious, easygoing, flavor-packed Mercurey.
