The wine is a bit cloudy which begins very stemmy, which is perhaps not surprising since they use traditional methods. The wine has some reduction and some effervescence. There is stem induced tannins in the mid-palate with prevent the wine from having a silky feeling. Very unique was the very aromatic candied fruit, the spiciness, and the very abundant stem florals. This wine certainly makes a statement but you got to like stem inclusion.
