Pretty garnet on the rim, framed by an orange halo. Volatile red fruit up front, cranberry, strawberry, rolling over quickly into savory meaty notes commingling with fungus and earth. High acidity, tannins velvet and fully resolved. Palate brings balsamic vinegar notes, hints of the primary fruit past, and a medium+ finish echoing the charcuterie on the nose.
