Les Perrières is an old family plot that Jerome has successfully resisted from replanting to white (Chardonnay) grapes, 70+ year old vines producing a wine rife with floral and black berry aromatics with a hint of savory herbs. Medium-bodied, fresh and smooth on the palate with a lovely, rustic and sweeping red fruit finish. Delicious effort and worth drinking over the short term!
