The 2021 Hermitage Blanc Les Rocoules is gorgeous. Dried flowers, linden blossom, lemon peel, quince, melon and yellow apple are all pushed forward. Packed with insane levels of energy and tension, yet at the same time totally light on its feet, the 2021 is a quintessential Hermitage Blanc and ranks alongside the finest white wines of the 2021 vintage.
